We’re honored to introduce the newest members of Amplifi Napa Valley’s Board of Directors— five individuals who bring a bold vision for the arts and an unwavering belief in the power of creativity to build community.

From veteran fundraisers to musicians, marketers, and civic leaders, our newest directors embody Amplifi’s mission to amplify opportunity, equity, and excellence in the creative landscape of Napa County and beyond.

• Elaine Honig is a powerhouse in nonprofit fundraising and brand creation—her work has helped raise over $130 million for community causes.
• Terence McGrath merges large scale development and entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for the underground—supporting live music and collecting street art.
• Jennifer Owen blends performance and public service, currently leading the City of Napa’s creative initiative, Napa Makes.
• Shane Soldinger bridges the world of wine and music as both an executive, CPA and performing artist.
• Sonia Tolbert brings years of executive arts management and nonprofit strategy with her legacy of leadership at powerhouse organizations like CommuniCare+OLE and Festival Napa Valley.

Their stories and skills are diverse, but they share one thing in common: a passion for empowering the creative voices of our region.

Additionally, we are thrilled to announce the election of our newest officers – three individuals who have demonstrated their leadership and commitment to our mission, vision and values:

• Paul Cantey, Chair (former CEO in aerospace engineering)
• Valerie Garguilo, Vice Chair (Owner, Garguilo Vineyards)
• Joel Tranmer, Secretary-Treasurer (former CEO, Napa County Land Trust and retired entrepreneur)

As Executive Director, Olivia Dodd shares:
