Amplifi Napa Valley Logo white

New Name, New Look, New Site

Amplifi new website

Welcome to our new website! Napa Valley Presents is now Amplifi Napa Valley and, along with the new name and official logo, we are thrilled to publicly share the priorities we have laid out in our 2024 -2027 Strategic Plan. While our website is under construction, you can still visit amplifinapavalley.org to check out our current grant guidelines and submit an organizational inquiry or artist nomination.

Over the last year, we have focused on two key questions “What is needed and what impact do we want to make?” and “What do we need to do to ensure that we are a sustainable funding partner?”. (I admit that might be three questions.) In the Fall we conducted a two-month Listening Tour to hear from producers, artists, venues, educators, and nonprofit executives from across the county in different disciplines. We have since done a lot of soul searching, keeping your input and insights top of mind, to develop our mission, vision, guiding principles, and strategic goals. We hope that you are as excited as we are. We couldn’t have done it without you!

2024 – 2026 Mission Focus: Cultivate and Amplify Local Emerging Talent

Many of us have long talked about elevating the Arts as a key pillar of the local and tourist experience. I trace it back to Robert and Margrit Mondavi in the late 1960s when they founded the Mondavi Summer Concert Series. (You might notice that our new logo has an aesthetic nod to that era, honoring both when the Mondavi’s put a flag in the sand for Napa Valley arts and a legendary heyday for Bay Area music.) And while we have come a LONG way toward that vision, there is still a gap between opportunities for local talent and the incredible mix of events and talent coming into the Valley. We want to help bridge that gap by cultivating local talent through strategic collaboration and showcase activities that amplify diverse voices and perspectives. Amplifi’s goal is to see more inspiring public performances, to develop strong industry partnerships and pathways, and to elevate local artists.

2024 Grant Programs:  We will be looking for organization partners and individual artists that we can invest in and grow with. While our new grant applications are by invitation, we do have nomination and inquiry forms. We would love it if you kept us updated on your activities and ideas as we search for the best ways to help and meet our priorities, while reducing the burden of applications. Reach out anytime.
